Moose is the sweetest and most gentle guy I know! He thinks he is a lap dog! Given the chance he would be on the bed or the couch and on your lap! He is good around kids and other dogs, but I have not tested him with cats. If you are looking for a reserved guy who is potty trained and extremely well mannered…here he is! He is smart too! He learned how to use the doggy door, very quickly! While his foster siblings play all day, he is calm and would much rather be with his person. He does jump up to let you know he is excited to see you, and loves to dance! He enjoys getting and giving kisses! He knows “sit” and “shake” and “stay” (when he isn’t overstimulated). He loves eating watermelon and cantaloupe as treats…and dog treats in general! He is protective and lays at the foot of the bed every night. I have seen zero aggression with this guy. I honestly can’t say a single bad thing about him!

He is up to date on his shots and neutered.

What we know:
A family member in the house he lived in didn’t want the dogs anymore so they would open the door and let him and his brother go. They roamed around town a lot apparently and were picked up by the shelter a couple times. The last time they found their way there, they were picked up by a rescue/foster in the nick of time!!
