My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Harlequin aka Quin is a white with black spotting, one-of-a-kind cat. She was born 4/24/02 and is what we like to call a 'perpetual' kitten as she's never grown up! She THRIVES off attention and tends to misbehave in order to get it, such as jumping on places she's not supposed to be. We are trying to correct this while she is in our care. Quin is litter box trained, up-to-date on vaccinations, and spayed. She gets along with everyone; from dogs to children as young as newborn; and is just a clown. She may need time to adjust to an existing cat in the adoptee's home, but she gets along with cats too..


Please call or email for more information (if you email us please expect a delay in getting back to you). Quin MUST be kept in-doors AT ALL TIMES.... or allowed outside supervised WITH a leash and harness on (also could have a cat-proof fenced yard). Adoption includes an application, house-visit, contract, and fee. We offer a reduced adoption fee if 2 cats or kittens are adopted by the same family. By signing our contract, adoptees agree to return their kitties to GHP if for any reason they can't be kept any longer. People within a 50 mile radius of Colorado Springs get adoption priority due to transportation restrictions unless I can find someone to do out-of-town adoptions (this is pending). NOTE: If you are interested in becoming a volunteer to do home visits in the Denver area please let me know ASAP! Quin would love to have a forever home.
