Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Opie.
Opie is in an old soul who either wandered off or was dumped in the woods. He was nearly starved when found.
We are hoping there is someone out there who loves seniors and is willing to adopt him and love him for whatever time he has left.
He loves to hang around with his people or other calm dogs and cats. He is mostly blind and deaf. He loves to eat soft food and people food. He sleeps a-lot and wanders around aimlessly so he probably has some dementia going on. He wears a diaper for urinating and will not try to pull it off. He does fairly well in holding his number two for the outdoors. He loves short walks or jaunts in the yard. He is a quiet fellow but he will bark or if crated or secluded from the family. He enjoys being cradled and carried. He will not go on furniture. Likes to sleep on the floor in his bed.
He does require eye drops twice daily.
He is a low maintenance guy who’s ideal home would be with a calm household and people who can give him love and stability for his last months or years.
Young children not recommended due to his disabilities. Stairs not recommended due to his disabilities unless you can carry him.
Please share this sweet guy and let's see if we can find him a home to live out his life being loved. An application can be found at www.homesfurhounds.org.
