Roscoe was abandoned by his owners, chained to a tree in NC 😔 He joined Sandy at our WV kennels and he is just the sweetest boy 🥰 He’s UTD on vaccinations, neutered and gets along great with other dogs. He is very independent but loves attention and will wiggle his whole body when you are loving on him ☺️
