Hi! I’m Andrew. I’ve been loved for a long time, 14 years, but my mom could not care for me because she lost her home. So, here I am back in rescue. My foster mom says I’m such a good boy! I mostly sleep and I’m 100% potty trained. I have a collapsed trachea so I cough a lot. There’s not a whole lot of medical options available for managing it, but the doc says my heart, lungs, and kidneys are in great shape! I don’t know if you can tell but I have cataracts, but my foster mom says I lead with my nose and I can hear her clearly so I follow her around the house. She calls me “in the way Andrew” sometimes because I do like to sit in doorways and in front of the stove when she’s in the kitchen. Even though I’m a senior dog I’ve had more pep in my step since I’ve been taking glucosamine! If you want a devoted companion I’m your guy!! I get along with other dogs and love people. Hope you have a fenced back yard for me to snoop around in. I don’t like to be out that much, but do like to lay in the sun.
