Meet Chelsea: Our Longest Waiting, Heart-Stealing Senior!

Can you believe Chelsea has been waiting for a family since 4/6/22? That’s over two years! This 10 year old sweetheart was found as a stray near a busy freeway and brought to the Fort Worth shelter where we pulled her from. Despite her long wait, her joy and zest for life remain unshaken.

Chelsea is a social butterfly who loves playing and cuddling with other dogs once she is comfortable with them. She will require a proper and slow introduction with a confident owner. She’s crate trained, making her the perfect indoor companion, and she’s made great strides in house training. But what truly makes Chelsea special is her radiant smile and the way she brings happiness to everyone around her.

Imagine coming home to a loyal friend who lights up the room and fills your life with love and laughter. Chelsea is ready to bring endless joy to a family who will cherish her golden years.

The Saving Hope Animal Rescue strives to rescue, rehabilitate, and find loving homes for abandoned, neglected, and abused domestic animals. We are located in Fort Worth, but reach out to other communities in the DFW area.
