Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Sheila prefers to be your only cat. She can be affectionate and allows petting as long as you respect her boundaries. Sheila seeks human attention and in a quiet home she is likely to be quite affectionate. Sheila has a very gently meow, which she uses to greet people. She enjoys playing with chasers and loves dry and squeezable treats. Sheila should not be around children as she easily gets overstimulated and may gently nip. She allows some brushing, ideally if distracted with treats. Sheila also allows to be picked up but like most cats, she doesn’t like to be held for too long. Sheila needs an experienced adopter with quiet home, who would understand her needs, and who could help her feel safe and secure.

Puppy Kitty NYC was founded in the Fall of 2014. As of July 2018, we are an official 501(c)(3) organization. We focus on three aspects: First, finding homes for abandoned or friendly street cats and kittens. Secondly, attempting to control animal overpopulation by spaying and neutering feral cats and helping the sick and injured. Thirdly, fostering is a must.
