Sweet S’mores Frappe was rescued in 2020 and adopted. 2.5 years later we discovered that the adopter had left her outside in the yard for a year before then dumping her in a remote area with a pile of hay. Thank goodness she was found and returned to our rescue. She was initially so terrified of everything and hid with any noise. Her foster placed a sheet over the top of her xpen which seems to help her feel more safe and secure. She has now gained confidence and will let you pet her, will come to the pen door for treats, and will hop out to explore her surroundings. She is in a foster home with dogs and kids and although initially terrified of dogs has decided that she is no longer afraid of dogs. She is probably destined to be in a home as a single bunny as we have conducted speed dating with her and a few bunnies, but just haven't found the perfect match as of yet. If you have a warm spot in your heart for this gentle bunny who just needs a little reassurance, love, patience, and a safe and cozy space to help her feel secure, then she is the bunny for you. She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated against the Rabbit Hemorrhagic Virus, and litter box trained. S'mores Frappe deserves a loving home to call her own. She weighs 5.5 lbs. and is 4.5 years old.
