Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Valentino - "Val" - has given up his vagabond life to find a loving home. He was seen wandering in a shopping area for almost 2 months but would not let anyone get close enough to hold on to the part of a leash still attached. Then one day a volunteer approached with food, and Val came running. He turned into a friendly, happy dog right away. He is about 1 year old and gets along with other dogs. Val has even started obedience training and is getting high marks from his trainer - she thinks he is a very smart dog and a quick learner. He is healthy and has been neutered. A safe, secure and caring home would make his life complete - he would do fine as an outside dog. Val is crate-trained for inside and appears housetrained. He behaves very well on a leash - knows some commands like heel and sit. Val's trainer is so impressed with his learning ability, she will include 4 basic lessons with his adoption to get Val and his new owner off on the right foot. Because of his high-energy level, he should probably not be with small children as he might bump them down while playing. Come meet Val - he's a smart dog and will be a loyal friend. For info call his foster home 615-453-7095 or email back.
