Hi, I'm Billy Joe! Do you like my stripes? I, like countless other cats, was abandoned and at the coldest time of year. I was one of the few lucky ones, and was taken in by a kind-hearted person.
I"m a young boy, about 7 months, and like most tabby boys, am a fun and sociable guy! I just LOVE to ride on people's shoulders and everyone thinks I'm pretty cute. Do you? Would you like a personable and handsome boy on YOUR shoulders or lap? If so, drop me a line. I would love to meet you!! I"d probably do well with a pretty girl cat and am okay with nice doggies!
