My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Our family adopted Nala from the local shelter on 5/8. However, our family does not have the time and energy needed to properly care for her. She is 8 months old and extremely playful, affectionate and loves to lay at your feet and get belly rubs. Nala is doing well with her house breaking and uses cues or barks when she needs to go "outside". She’s also training to go in her designated spot in the yard. She is a quick learner and knows basic commands (sit, stay, laydown, wait) and comes running whenever you call her name. She also knows her 2 favorite toys by name. Nala is crate trained and sleeps through the night.

She loves to stay right by your side during walks, doesn’t pull, and doesn’t bark or show any aggression toward other dogs or humans. Nala also does great in public settings (Pet stores, etc.) and welcomes attention from new humans and other dogs. Nala would be a great addition to a loving family! As a bonus, Nala also enjoys watching basketball 😊.
