My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Phillip! Phillip looks like a blonde version of Toto from The Wizard of Oz! He is cute and chunky. He weighs about 14lbs, but he is overweight.
We honestly don't know his age. He has NO teeth, but he is very active and doesn't have cloudy eyes....so he doesn't act like an old dog with no teeth, so we just don't know and neither does the veterinarian.
Phillip was found as a stray running around a Walmart parking lot. He wasn't chipped and hadn't been neutered. Now Phillip is microchipped, has been neutered, has all vaccines up to date and has had blood work done that shows no abnormalities.
Phillip is very active and acts like a little busy body. His ideal environment would be one with laid back pets, no young children and a home with fenced yard. He would not do well in an apartment setting because he likes to be a "watchdog." Phillip enjoys getting loves and bonds well with humans.
