Here's what the humans have to say about me:
**Owner Assist**
- Panda is a Male, Pitbull mix, Grey and White with tan/brown undertones. (Born June 7, 2022) Currently 12 months old.
- Likes tennis balls, squeaky toys, bones. He loves laying on your lap, speaking/howling to get you or someone's attention. Very goofy and tends to act/play 'dumb' but is very smart and independent thinking (ex. Panda will act like he wants a certain toy to get his siblings interested in that toy then go straight to the preferred toy he didn't want his siblings to have.)
-Can walk on a leash but needs more structure and reinforcement. Needs improvement with socialization (slow to warm up). Panda does not have much experience with other dogs outside of his littermates but plays very well with all of them.
-Cleo (Mama Dog) has a chicken allergy. When Cleo has chicken she starts to itch continuously and her white coat will sometimes turn pink. Therefore, we have not given her puppies chicken so we ultimately cannot verify if Panda is 100% allergic to chicken.
- Panda still needs support and structure for house training. Once he is an only dog or one of a few with a schedule, we expect him to come full circle.
-Foster to Adopt process- the dogs need some vetting- there will not be a formal adoption fee but we will need assistance financially with the rest of the vetting which would include vaccines and neuter/spay. We have access to reduced cost care. We can chat more once a good home is available and interest is confirmed.
This listing is for a dog that is not a SacRDR Rescue Dog but we are assisting with the rehoming process for an owner. Given the current situation , with the shelters so full and overcrowded, this is one way we can assist the community with rehoming a dog and not entering the shelter system at all.
Please contact the owner directly Jakob 303 601 1173 (call or text) or gramichelitsch@gmail.com and cc adopt@sacrdr.org if you do email.
Please text us at 833-473-7364 or call us if you have any questions or do not receive a response. We can assist with the communication.

Our multi-step adoption process includes an application, meet and greet, animal introductions when applicable, and a home check. We highly value the time and effort put into adoption applications, and encourage thorough, thoughtful responses as this is our primary avenue for getting to know your family. With that in mind, please be aware that applications with excessive blank or one-word responses may not be considered.
Animal introductions will be done for each pet currently living in the household. While we are not here to judge your lifestyles, we also conduct home checks to ensure that the household and backyard will be a safe living environment for a SacRDR dog. The Declaration page of your Homeowners Insurance policy or an approval letter from your landlord must be submitted with your adoption application; these documents are required to ensure that your HOI or landlord covers/accepts the breed you are applying to adopt.
If you have any additional questions, please email adopt@sacrdr.org.
