My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

If I wrote my own story, it would go something like this.... Introducing Pulpit, the purr-fect blend of sweetness and agility! This charming guy is as laid-back as they come, with a love for laps and beds that knows no bounds. But don't be fooled by his relaxed demeanor, he has a secret talent that's sure to keep you on your toes. By day, Pulpit is a master of leisure, known for his affectionate lap-sitting and cozy bed-sleeping. But by night, he transforms into a fearless parkour enthusiast, leaping from furniture to furniture with the grace of a ninja and the agility of a gymnast. Yes, you read that right, Pulpit is a parkour pro! Whether he's scaling the tallest bookshelves or executing flawless backflips off the kitchen counter, his midnight acrobatics are a sight to behold. Just be sure to secure your breakables, this agile adventurer stops for no obstacle! Despite his nocturnal escapades, Pulpit is a sweetheart through and through, with a fondness for cuddles and a heart as big as his boundless energy. He loves everyone he meets and is always up for a snuggle session or a game of hide-and-seek. So if you're looking for a furry friend who's equal parts laid-back and adventurous, look no further than Pulpit – the parkour-loving cat who's sure to keep you entertained, day and night!

Go meet their pets

We will be holding adoption event days with PetSmart on Ft Jackson Blvd and Two Notch Rd as well as PetSense on Garners Ferry Rd. These are partnerships that we've initiated and that have been greeted with open arms by these great organizations. MUCH More to Come!

More about this rescue

At Cat Around Town Project, we believe that by spaying and neutering as many stray and colony cats as possible, we are proactively controlling overpopulation at its source. All kittens and any cats that are adoptable are removed from the colonies and adopted to suitable homes. One day, when the supply meets the demand, there will be a home waiting for every kitten in our community. .
