My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Rufus! He is a 4 years old, 72 lb black lab. Hes a friendly, playful and energetic dog who would do best in an active home.
Rufus loves all people, both men and women, as well as kids! He is very affectionate and loves all of the pets! He is a very smart boy and loves to please his people. He knows commands including sit, leave it, and heal.

Rufus does well with other dogs with a slow and proper introduction. He does not like cats or chickens.

Rufus walks well on a leash - he pulls when he is excited but listens well to corrections.
He loves to play fetch, playing in general, and going for car rides.

He was mainly kept as an outdoor dog, so we do not know if he is house trained, but we know that he is crate trained. He does not have any separation anxiety.

He has his rabies vaccine and is neutered, but needs up to date bordatella and DHPP vaccines.

He sounds like a real sweetheart who just needs a lot of exercise and love!
