Meet our miracle girl, Nova, who has overcome so much to be the beauty she is today.
Nova is a total nanny dog and loves to be around children. She loves going on morning walks then settles down and has a calm energy during the day. She had a rough start to life and lived in a backyard and was solely used for breeding. Her life was one of neglect and abuse.
She came to us in bad condition and needed immediate surgery to fix her half torn off ear, infected tail which was bobbed, and then successfully treated for heartworms. Nova has overcome so much to be the gorgeous beauty she is today. She has been in the same foster home who continue to provide her with the love and stability she has never had before in her former life. She is estimated to be around five years old and in the prime of her life.
Nova walks like a dream on a leash and is pretty chill. She loves to sunbathe and be with people.
Nova does well with small dogs, but we are not sure about big dogs. She would love a family that could take her on errands and walks. Nova is spayed, heartworm negative and totally vaccinated. Contact steffeniegaprescue@gmail.com for more information on this very special girl.
