My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Kevin: Your Future Stress-Reliever and Furry Sidekick

Kevin is a sweet senior boy with a big heart (and a little extra weight he’s working on!). He was surrendered when his previous owners could no longer care for him, but that hasn’t dulled his love for life or people. Kevin became a beloved clinic cat after being taken in by a veterinary team who helped him shed some of his 22+ pounds. While he kept everyone at the clinic on their toes, Kevin is now ready to find his forever home where he can continue his journey toward a healthy lifestyle.

This handsome boy craves attention and loves being the center of it all. He has a habit of making biscuits and purring away, perfect for reducing your stress. Kevin is independent but never far from his human, always eager to be part of your day (and your Zoom calls). He loves gazing out windows, relaxing on comfy beds, and being your go-to work assistant or cuddle buddy on the couch.

Kevin isn’t a fan of dogs—he’s convinced he can take on a German Shepherd all by himself—but he will make a great companion for someone looking for a laid-back, affectionate friend. He’s healthy aside from needing to lose a few more pounds, and he’s looking for a loving home that can help him continue his weight loss journey.

Our rescue operates with an open adoption policy, meaning we keep in touch for the cat’s lifetime. We love building connections with adopters and getting updates through pictures and videos. When you adopt from us, you gain not just a new pet but a support system for life.

Additional adoption info

All our cats come from outside during TNR sessions. We will intake any friendly cats and kittens. All our fur babies are fully vetted. They have received all vaccines (Rabies & FDRC), neutered/spayed, dewormed, FIV/FeLV tested, fecal test done, microchipped, and on monthly flea/tick prevention.

More about this rescue

It started with us helping a desperate woman who had cats/kittens on her property for years. After a successful TNR outcome, word of mouth spread. We realized this was our calling. Our only goal is to help and save as many as we can. Our mission is to ensure every kitten/cat receives health care, safety, and love until they find their forever homes. We love all our babies as they were our own and they are raised cage free inside foster homes.
