My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sage is a little over a year old (born April 2022). She knows the commands sit, lay down, belly, stay (okay is her release word), paw, come (recall could definitely use some more work), up, out, downstairs, kennel, & look at me. She is great with cats & even lives with a bearded dragon & we’ve never had an issue. She used to have a bit of a jumping issue but we’ve worked on that a lot & it’s very infrequent, just when she’s overstimulated with excitement. She can get nervous when it’s bath time but she’s not a terror to bathe, either. She would thrive in a home that has a large back yard for her to spend her time in & run around as crazy as she wants! Especially if that involves playing catch, her favorite!

She would do best with someone who has the time to do some consistent training as she’s very intelligent, & a little stubborn, but she has so much potential if she finds the right match. She loves playing with other dogs and loves getting them to chase her all over the place!
