Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Willow Bella can be found at the Catnip Cat Café in Norfolk, and is ready for her forever home! https://catnipcatcafe.com/reservations/
••••••••••••••••••••••••
Willow is one of Bella's babes, a heavily pregnant feral cat trapped on July 9th. Bella's babies born were born on July 16th, and after weaning the kids, mom was spayed to help stop the vicious cycle of overpopulation.
Sweet Willow Bella was finally able to have her own spay surgery safely recently, incurring additional spay and neuter costs, due to some kitten health issues ranging from Willow’s anemia, to others’ heart murmurs / heart and lung conditions, making more complex surgery support or specialized anesthesia meds necessary.
Willow had the luxury of growing up inside with her 5 siblings. She was always snuggling or playing with her sister, Ivy, kneading on a big, floofy dog bed, or cuddling up with other foster siblings.
Unfortunately, due to her medical history, the low-cost clinic we use for spay and neuter was uncomfortable performing the procedure. And she began her first heat cycle. Her surgery had to be performed at a regular private veterinary clinic.
She loves chasing balls with bells and will knock one all over the house. She's the first to pounce on a wand toy, especially if it's feathery. She loves to hang out on the catio and bird watch, and is a master fly catcher. And she’s always first to the dish when she hears a wet food can crack open.
All our adoptable cats and kittens are:
— spayed / neutered
— vaccinated (rabies & FVRCP)
— microchipped, if they get lost (and found), they can easily be scanned and reunited with you!
— tested for FIV & FeLV diseases
— parasite-free (dewormer & flea prevention)
— provided additional veterinarian visits, if needed for any health issues
— conveyed to you with all medical records at time of adoption
