My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Smokee is fun-loving, affectionate, silly, playful pup who’s looking for new pet parents. He is a softy, loves to be around people, and especially loves to snuggle with you on the couch. He isn't aggressive nor does he bark much.

He is food-motivated and not picky about food, so it has been easy to train him. In one week, I taught him to sit, wait for his food, and sit/wait as I walked out of his sight. I've also significantly reduced the frequency of his jumping on me (needs more work). He is now house-broken. I untrained his previous indoor pee-pad behavior and have been training him to go potty on the grass. He learns quickly.

He gets along well with my Weim after the initial transition period so plays well with dogs. I have a cat as well, but he has been hiding. I suspect Smokee likes to chase cats.

I'm currently fostering him and want to find him a loving home.
