Dizzy is a 3-year-old smooth-coated spayed female Border Collie. Look at those ears! She is a loving dog, good with children and other dogs. Her owner became ill and had to go into a hospital, which is why she is being given up. She had been trained to do some work in goose control, but other than that, we currently have no information on her. She is
