Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi. My name is Brutus. I'm just a kid. I just recently celebrated my first birthday, but it was bittersweet. I was hurt very badly and my front leg was broken. It is on the mend and almost all better thanks to the doctor. After my leg was broken, I ended up in a very scary place. I heard them call it a shelter, but I didn't feel sheltered or safe. They were going to take me into this even scarier room, but instead I was taken back to my cold kennel. Next thing I know some other people took me to another place and eventually I was in a large van and we rode for a long time. They tell me I am now a Buckeye, whatever that is, and I'm going to find a wonderful family to take care of me and love me forever! Maybe my first birthday wasn't so bad after all.
Brutus is full of life and love. He's still got a lot of the puppy traits, but is very smart and eager to please. If you would like to meet this special guy, please submit an application on our website, canaananimalsanctuary.org. Brutus is vaccinated, neutered, heartworn tested (negative) ,wormed and microchipped.
