Meet Julia! Julia is 3 years old, spayed, microchipped and vaccinated. This girl is special needs behaviorally. She is scared of men and loud noises and while we can only venture to guess why, this is her reality and she needs a calm stable home with only women, no children, or dogs and her present home has cats but she would need a very calm feline companion if any. She will take some time to warm up to you and she very much dislikes being picked up; however, this girl will reward your patience with lots of love once she feels comfortable and safe with you.
