Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Nova is a two year old brindle girl who came into rescue after being hit by a car. She received a full hip replacement surgery and has since had TPLO to repair a damaged cruciate. Nova will need to be on a maintenance joint supplement and will likely need pain medication later in life.
Nova is a shy, quiet girl who will need slow introductions and a home that understands she will need significant time to decompress and bond with her new family. Once she knows someone, she is a sweet, cuddly, affectionate Dane girl. Nova is nervous of cars on walks and can be growly when worried in new situations. Nova gets along with other dogs in her foster home.
An ideal home would have minimal stairs and understand her shy, quiet, nature. Rough play or extensive exercise could cause an issue with her ligament repairs, so a quieter home would be best.
