My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lucky’s a 6yo 10lb Pom. He’s dog friendly. He needs work on housebreaking and is crate trained. He’d be good in a secured fenced in yard and/or going for harness leashed walks. He likes being with other dogs. He is not a cuddler and wants affection only on his terms. He can be feisty so needs patience in his people for him to trust them and give affection.

Lucky MUST have a home with no small children along with dominant human leadership, consistency, structure and to continue working with him on his training. Peter Wolf of Your Happy Dog who volunteers his time with Tiny Paws will be at the meet with Lucky and all humans and animals in the house to help with the transition. If your home DOES NOT fit this please DO NOT put an application in. We will not call anyone not a fit. Also, we will be concentrating on local to foster applications 1st since home checks and meets with all humans and animals in home is needed at meet. Our fosters are all volunteers so aren’t always able to travel too far.
