We adopted Lucky when she was a year old from the humane society. She has been found stray and had a bad eye infections so they removed both her eyes. So she is very blind. That doesn’t hinder her much at all. She still knows where her food, water and litter box are and she is active and jumps up on things like a normal cat does. She even tried to chase down flies in the house! Lucky is very social and has been around children ever since we adopted her. She is patient with the young kiddos even when play gets a little tough. She loves to snuggle in bed.
The only main notice that she is blind is she will do circles - we think this is how she becomes aware of her surroundings. Other than that she’s a great cat that would love a loving busy home.
