Elvis was a lost little dog near Graceland in Memphis,TN. His finder took him in and sponsored all his vetting. He was very sick with Giardia. He had dug a hole in the ground by a Post Office to keep the wind off of him that winter. The finder already had pets if her own and could not keep him and contacted this rescue. Elvis is not timid at all. He is very outgoing and rambunctious. Very very smart but sometimes he’s so playful he does not want to listen. He is trained to do tricks for treats and knows special commands like Off, Stay, Easy, No Bite. Elvis needs a dog savvy person willing to practice his training with him. Gets very excited in groups of people, plays non stop with other dogs and forgets he knows humans. His best environment would be as an only dog in a quiet calm environment so he can stay focused.
