Fabulous Phoebe is a 2-3 year old female who came to us as a stray. She came to us shivering in her boots and was scared of her own shadow but she has come out of her shell now and is Miss Personality. She knows that nobody is going to hurt her anymore and turned into a true love sponge. However, she tested positive for heartworms and is currently undergoing treatment so she won't be ready for her forever him until around July, 2010.
