Help! We are in serious need of a foster. Please meet handsome Baxter…

Hi my name is Baxter and I need a foster home. My mommy can't take care of me anymore because of her health issues.

I'm at a perfect age of 8 years old. My puppy behavior are gone but I'm still young enough to have fun! I'm a little overweight so I will need help with losing some weight because my hips are starting to hurt. Who doesn't want a walking partner, especially this time of year! I would also like a yard I can play in or even just to lounge outside after our walk.

I love people and kids! I prefer a home with no other dogs because I have never lived with them and sometimes they scare me. I love to cuddle, a lot. I will be a little nervous about my new home so I will need you to be patient with me until I adjust.
