My story

What a metamorphosis! Cinder was extremely fearful coming out of a shelter. He became more relaxed after spending time with our volunteers and socializing with other dogs. Now, he is a happy boy, whether carrying around his favorite soft toy, giving kisses, or hugging friends. He definitely enjoys being pet and combed. He will let you know, with the gentle touch of his paw, that it is not time to stop his body and belly rubs.

Cinder is a healthy 7 year old boy, with the energy of a 3 year old. He is only 52 pounds but can pull like a bigger dog, He is much more patient walking with a harness. He would love to explore your backyard, go on long walks or hikes, and even run around the block with you a few times.

Cinder recently moved into a foster home, where he immediately relaxed and became part of the family. He much prefers hanging with people than other dogs. A patient family will help him continue to blossom and gain confidence. He will repay your investment.
