Courtesy post for Duke
From his owner: "We are in desperate need of rehoming our youngest pup. He does not get along with our male dog but does fine with the female dog in the home. We’ve tried to re-home and have been unsuccessful. We’ve been trying for 6-8 months. We’re at the end of our rope and the humane society is our last option but they have said they will put him down. He would be amazing in a single dog home!! Please help!"
Duke is a 2 year old Staffordshire terrier born December 16th 2020. He’s all gangly legs and goofy. He’s had 4 weeks of board and train with Ridgeside K9 and graduated with flying colors.
He thrives on attention and would be an amazing companion to anyone. He has been great with all people and the child in the home.
He would be best in a single dog family home as he wants ALL of the attention and is seeking to be the Alpha in some situations with dogs. Has never been around cats.
Up-to-date on shots and fixed.
We are traveling the country for the next 2-3 years and because of his breed labels there are too many restrictions for us to travel with him. We are seeking a loving person or family that will love him as we have and give him a great second home.
We’re in Sykesville. Contact Erica at 540-815-3572.
