My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My lunch date has a better wiggle butt than yours!! Trixie is a 5 year old spayed female whose original parents passed away. She was bounced around the family before being surrendered to ASF. There was a high likelihood of abuse as she gets very submissive with loud voices. She has learned that cheering and excitement don't mean danger.

Trixie's extreme intelligence, busy nature, and need for exercise & interaction make this snuggle bug the perfect candidate for an active adopter. Trixie loves walks, hikes, exploring the yard, and is learning to be a kayak buddy. She simply wants to be with her people and loved. What is that wiggle butt about you ask?

Trixie LOVES children and is very gentle. She does occasionally forget herself so children over 5 would be an absolute bonus for perfect home!!! She is good with dogs her size or larger (slow intros please), all people. Trixie is house and crate trained, enjoys travel complete with treats and pup cups. Good on leash and with basic commands. Chill time with a good book, movie and popcorn make her day complete. Puzzle toys and enrichment a definite plus!!

There is an additional $20 microchip fee for purchase, registration and transfer ot the new owner. All adoption fees are used for future rescue efforts.
