My story

Want a cat who's a true companion--one that will greet you, kiss you, warm your lap, and sleep in your bed at night? Gabby is a 5-year-old lovergirl looking for someone to focus her affection on.  Her dilute tortoiseshell coloring and her big green eyes are so very pretty. At 22 pounds, she is a plus-size kitty, but she still is agile and active, and we are working on helping her slim down a bit. Prior to coming to Petropolis, Gabby had spent a prolonged period in a cage at boarding facility when her prior owner lost her home. In foster care, she is enjoying increased activity, and her constant purring shows it.



Because she is an easygoing, adaptable girl, Gabby's forever home could include dogs, cats and kids just like her former home. But she would be equally happy having her people all to herself, because she adores love and attention. We should note that her litterbox habits are good, and that she is front declawed. She also is spayed, updated on her vaccinations, and tested virus free.
