My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mitzi was rescued by me after the passing of her human mother and father. She was with them since she had been a kitten. The human family members were not interested in caring for her. I stepped in and brought her to my rescue. She enjoys her foster mother's company. She loves to be petted and purr. She has her favorite toys she likes to play with!. She would be fine to go to a home by herself or with proper introduction to another cat. She is current on vaccines, spayed, deflead, dewormed. Adoption fee is $70. Individual cat rescuer who just cares about the purring furrballs out there.

I named my non-profit cat rescue after my mom, Jennie. She would tirelessly attend to stray cats every day. No matter the weather here in northeast Ohio, she would feed, ........
At the time, I didn't get involved I was busy in my own world like so many others. I was ignorant as to what I should have been doing to help her.

After she passed, it was a wake-up call to carry on her volunteer efforts and do even more.
