My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:


SERIOUS applicants only, PLEASE! Cappy is the sweetest 3y/o Doberman you will ever meet. He loves all people and dogs and would do well with a friendly dog sibling (not needed).

He needs an adopter who understands the Doberman breed. He is a true “Velcro dog” and will want to be with you most hours of the day. You must be physically capable of handling his size and strength. He can accidentally step on a foot, bump into you, or pop your chin trying to kiss you. He is a higher energy dog and will need an active lifestyle to be content.

He needs an owner who lives in a house. No apartments/condos. Must have a good sized fenced in yard! Ideally someone who owns their own home. He is not a dog who would be happy outside all day. He wants to be with his people!

Cappy is crate trained, house trained, knows basic commands, walks pretty well on leash, has shown zero aggression.

He would thrive in a home that can provide him with a regular routine and constant human companionship.
