Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Goldie is a 5 year old Golden Retriever. Goldie was a breeding female who was surrendered to us for retirement. She is the sweetest girl but is very needy, often pushy for attention. She is great with other dogs but does not engage in play. The other dogs seemed to be intrigued by her independent and adventurous nature, they follow her around like something exciting is about to happen. She walks well on leash, but can be distracted and will pull hard when seeing other small animals. She needs a strong handler when on squirrel alert. Dogs are yes for her but no cats, small animals or birds.
We are unsure how she would be when left alone for long periods so this girl would prefer someone who is home more often than not and her own fenced in backyard. Goldie is active and fit and needs a home who can ensure her exercise needs are met, lots of adventurous walks for this girl.
Goldie is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped.
