My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! Pancake here, I’m an almost 2year old Pit Bull/Boxer mix. I was returned to the shelter because I really wanted to eat the family cat. Other than that, I`m a sweet lady who loves people and enjoys having other pups around. Oddly enough, my brother, Yukon, is also back visiting the shelter. It`s been so fun to see my littermate again!
I do have trouble hearing certain pitches, but tend to respond to higher tones. So training me with an e collar or hand commands may be a good idea!

We are a non-profit Animal Shelter located in Menominee, Michigan. We take in stray and surrendered dogs and cats from several counties, averaging 1,000 animals per year. Our priority is to reunite the strays with their owner and adopt the unclaimed or surrendered pets into loving forever homes.
