Meet Radley who is looking for his forever home. He is currently living in a foster home in CT with 2 other dogs. He is a 1 year old handsome neutered boxer/hound mix who is about 55 pounds. Radley takes time to warm up to new people, but once he does he will want to be your shadow. He is currently working on becoming a more confident dog. Radley is eager to please, and very food motivated. He likes to eat his food away from other dogs where he can enjoy every bite. He is house trained with regular potty breaks and he can be crated for short periods of time.He would do best in a home with another friendly confident dog and a fenced yard to run around! His favorite thing to do is to go for car rides! He is a strong boy who is working on his leash manners, and he is an A+ student. Overall, Radley is a sweet and loyal dog. He is looking for someone who will continue with his training as new situations can be scary for him. He needs someone who is committed to proper introductions with people and other dogs. An application, agreement, personal reference check, vet reference check and home visit are required.

Adoption fees are below. All of our animals are microchipped, up to date on vaccines and fully vetted.

Puppies under 1 year : $495
Adults 1-9 years: $375
Adults 9+ years: $300
Special Needs Animals: dependant on specific animal and his or her needs

ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT of $125 for spay/ neuter for all unaltered dogs unless the spay/neuter

We are located at 46 Sodom Road, Brewster, NY. You can come stop by 7 days a week from 11am-4pm. While we have 15-18 dogs housed at our adoption center, the majority of our dogs are located in private foster homes.

SNARR Northeast Animal Rescue's mission is "Giving Hope to the Hopeless.” SNARR stands for Special Needs Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation. We do focus on animals with special needs but we also rescue perfectly healthy dogs as well! SNARR works with municipal shelters all over the country to save animals at risk for being euthanized. Our dogs (and cats) are all in foster homes prior to being adopted.
