Meet Arti. This precious 10 year old boy came to us when we rescued him from a shelter in Sacramento. The heart breaking story of Arti was; when the shelter staff arrived for work, Arti was found tied to a post outside the front of the shelter.
Despite this disturbing and upsetting beginning, Arti is a happy, resilient, tough little guy. Arti is sight impaired and hard of hearing, but you would never know. He navigates his way around his foster mom's home and yard without difficulty. Arti easily will follow you anywhere and and warm your heart, knowing that you loved a dog with special needs. If you consider yourself to be a homebody, Arti would make a wonderful best friend.
