Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi my name is CHARLIE! And I have the RED COLLAR!
I am an approximately 3 y.o. old male weimaraner, I am up to date on all medical, neutered and heartworm negetive.I have a tatoo (so you can identify me!) I am a very nice boy who is are housetrained, my foster mom says no accidents ever since I came to live with her along with my Buddy MAGGIE!
. I am even trustworthy in the house. Foster mom says Maggie and I do not seem to chew what doesn't belong to us, although we are not left uncrated if she is not home. Maggie and I are also trustworthy around food and do not countersurf. We have good manners with food.
I know some basic obedience commands, but am looking to improve!
Since we came from a shelter and the humans do not know our old names, we do not come when called yet. So I cannot be trusted off lead. So a fence is a must or we will run..... (or you must keep us on a lead!)
Charlie (red collar) His foster mom says...
He is such a good boy. He is mid to low key. He is very soft. He has gained confidence in the past couple of weeks. He loves attention. He looks up at you with those big longing loving eyes. He loves to curl up in your lap and rest. He likes to wander outside. He is quite prey driven, small animals or cats probably not a good idea. He has been watching out the windows at night for the bunnies. He likes to play and chew on his bones. He is also very friendly and very sweet. He has alot of love to give. He also needs some leash work.
They are quite bonded to each other. He is more reliant on her than her to him. She is more dominant and independent.
We are hoping to have Charlie and Maggie stay together, however all applications are considered. Please e-mail wujenj14@hotmail.com for an application or go to our website at www.sitekreator.com/NYSWeimRescue and click on the Forms section to download one!
