Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Nemo
We are excited to be able to help Nemo on his next chapter. He is about 8 years old. He is a big boy at 98 pounds. He does need special food because of food allergies. He does need weekly baths. But he is one great boy. Very sweet and a big love. We are still working on getting to know Nemo. But we do know he is house trained. Loves to go for walks and new adventures.
But we did received this great bio from the previous rescue.
Nemo is a German Shepherd maybe Dane mix, male, and around 8 years old. Nemo is kind, happy and loves everyone as everyone loves Nemo. Due to his demeanor when he meets dogs, some may say he is too much for other dogs. I believe he has potential to be around other dogs, – I met him with a young mastiff male (about 2 years old), and he had great interest to play with him, his body language was excited, vocal and jumpy, however, here at MASH we try not to risk playtimes if one dog is too hyper since the kennels may lead to extra stress. Nemo was rescued from a criminal case in October of 2018, when we took Nemo in, he weighted half his current weight. Now he is around 100 pounds. Nemo was adopted three times throughout the past 3 years, and the reasons for his return have been his allergies not his demeanor, all three households loved Nemo, however, for his high skin sensitivity and some family members also broke out, caused them to return Nemo back to MASH (be advised, no one here at MASH has had any skin issues because of him.) It has been 5 years having and enjoying Nemo here, however, this is not the quality of life that he deserves, we would love for him to find that perfect home who would care and spoil him. Nemo has done well with a Hydrolyzed diet and prescribed shampoo baths 1-2 times per week. Nemo just began medication (Prednisone) for his sores on his feet – which he itches due to allergies or boredom.
If you can give Nemo an indoor forever home, please fill out our online application on our website at http://www.savingpawsrescueaz.org/adoption-form/
We will only schedule meet and greets with an approved application. We are an all-volunteer organization. It may take a couple of days to process an application and complete reference checks.
Thank you for your interest in saving the life of a dog.
