Dana has been settling in well at her foster home in Vancouver. She is a calm, quiet, and well behaved girl. Even though she is only 9 months old, she walks very well on leash and will sit to wait for treats. She likes going to the park to say hi to other dogs, her favourite thing to do is exploring the world around her. After her walks, Dana will take a nap or entertain herself by playing with some toys. She also loves some cuddle time. Dana will gently lick your hand to let you know how much she loves you, it really melts our hearts when she does this. She is a little shy when meeting strangers. But if you give her some treats and spend a little time with her, taking her for a walk, she will quickly become comfortable with you. We were happy with how quickly Dana got used to her new environment upon landing in Vancouver, we think she will be able to settle into her adoptive home quickly and smoothly. Even though Dana is not the prettiest dog on the outside, she has a wonderful personality, she is intelligent and highly trainable, friendly towards people, other dogs, and cats. We are looking forward to receiving your application forms for Dana. We hope you will give her a chance, you will not be disappointed when you meet her!
