Meet Ozzie and Oreo, a delightful senior pair of sweet, shy companions looking for a peaceful haven to enjoy their golden years. Ozzie, a Havanese mix, and Oreo, a Shih Tzu mix, are both 9 years old and ready to retire in a loving, quiet home.
This charming duo seeks a serene environment where they can be the center of attention. They would thrive best as the only dogs in the household, allowing them to soak up all the love and care you have to offer. A home without young children would be best, as they prefer a tranquil setting to unwind.
Despite their age, Ozzie and Oreo have plenty of affection to give. Adopting them means offering a cozy, quiet and low key retreat for their twilight years while enjoying the special joy of their loving companionship. They both have a bit of a vocal streak, making them not suitable for apartment or condo living.
 Ozzie and Oreo are up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered, and microchipped. Their adoption fee is $350.00 for the pair.

Our process starts with an adoption application, followed by interview / meet & greet with adopter and their existing pets, agree to a home check for the safety of the adopted pet and when approved, will complete an Adoption Agreement along with adoption fee. Fees vary based on adoptable pet's age, breed, and situation. Fees range from $120-$550. Cash or check is preferred payment.

We have adoption events every other Saturday from 11:00-2:00 PM at PetSmart in Scottsdale (10030 N. 90th Street).

Due to the holidays, the every other week schedule might be off beginning in January, so please contact Petsmart at 480-391-1647 to find out whether there is an event prior to making your way there.

Pathways Home Animal Rescue is an all volunteer / foster based organization dedicated to finding the best homes for abandoned, surrendered, and county shelter animals. We stay small so we can devote our energies and resources to all the animals in our care. When we take in a found or stray animal every effort is made to reunite them with their owners. All animals in our care receive proper veterinary care, are spayed or neutered, all appropriate vaccinations, preventative care, and microchip are administered before they are adopted.
