Looking for love, joy, and a loyal companion? Meet Stella! Born in January 2022, this sweet and shy plot hound is ready to leave her past behind and start a new chapter with her forever family. While she may take a little time to warm up, her gentle heart is full of love, and she’s eager to share it with the right people.

Stella enjoys having her own cozy space to relax, but don’t let her shyness fool you—she’s a quick learner with a playful side. She loves exploring new places, especially if treats, toys, and car rides are involved! (And don’t be surprised if a sock or two mysteriously disappears—she has a silly streak!)

In her foster home, Stella has proven to be a wonderful companion for other dogs and would thrive in a pet-friendly household. She also enjoys spending time with older kids who are patient and understanding while she gets comfortable.

Stella’s favorite activities include curling up in a warm crate after a day of play, cruising in the car to see the world, and exploring her surroundings with curiosity. A home with a yard to run in and plenty of love would make her dreams come true! Adopt below!

Their adoption process

1.
Interview

We will do an over the phone or in person interview with our adoption counselor.

2.
Home Check

We will need a video of your home. We need to see the front numbers of your home, a quick inside walk through and a detailed backyard video.

3.
Meet the Pet

Meet and greets are done at events or at foster homes. These include all members of the family including all pets.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

Adoption contract will be completed before dog is allowed to come home.

5.
Pay Fee

Adoption fee is range by the age of the dog.

6.
Take the Pet Home

Pets will only be taken home at our adoption events so all paperwork can be given.

Additional adoption info

If for any reason we see signs of the dog or puppy not doing well in the meet and greet we will remove them from the situation. Foster to adopt is available for many adult dogs.
