My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:


Teddy is a love bug that wants to be the center of attention. He knows basic commands, but as 1 year old, can still be rude or naughty at times. He's completely house trained and loves spending time outdoors and getting into the mud.

Teddy does have issues with resource guarding when it comes to his food or any food around. For this reason he must be fed separately from other pets and away from people unless being hand fed (He is very good when hand fed, but not if eating from a bowl or if he finds food laying around, etc). We have several young kids home all the time and he's been having to be kept separate too much which is making him sad and jealous, but we can't trust him with the kids. He should go to a home without young kids. Preferably somewhere with experience with resource guarding or the means to work with a professional, which we unfortunately do not have at this time.

We love him and want what is best for him and hope someone will love him just as much.
