Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Nellie is a gorgeous girl. She is approximately 1.5 - 2 years old. She is spayed, up to date on all vaccines and preventions. She weighs about 50 pounds.
Nellie came to us when her owner was arrested for running a drug house. She, along with 16 other dogs in the home, were sent to the county shelter. They all showed signs of neglect and the owner was additionally charged with cruelty to animals.
Nellie is a bit unsocialized. She's shy and timid. She hasn't had a good life up until now. She lived most of her life in a crate in the garage of this tiny house. Nellie is a sweet girl who has been enjoying life in a real home with all the things a dog should. Soft blankets, bones to chew, quality food, warm beds and plenty of friends. To make Nellie's new home a success, these are her requirements
- another playful, confident dog in the home
- no children under 12
- fenced in yard
- Patient adopter
* Nellie is not housebroken, as she has lived most of her life in a crate. Nellie will need a patient and kind adopter to help her adjust to life living in a home as part of a family.
Nellie is a sweet and gentle soul who has a whole life ahead of her with so much love to give
Located in Spring Hill. Travel time should not exceed approximately 1.5 hours
