Meet Piper! She’s a sweet, cuddly and goofy 1 year old Shepherd/Lab mix. She’s potty trained, crate trained and knows sit and lay. She’s very treat motivated to learn new things. Piper likes to play with the other dogs and has a Wrestlemania play style. She also likes to play with toys and chase balls. Her ears are hilarious and so expressive. She loves to be cuddled and she’s very soft so she’s like a little Teddy Bear. She can’t wait to find her forever home.

ADOPTION FEE*: Fees vary due to costs put into them, but START at $400 for adults and $500 for puppies.

The adoption fee is for the adoption of the pet. We make sure that our animals are or will be spayed/neutered, receive the proper vaccines and are microchipped and we cover the cost for that if it's not already done before you adopt.

More about this rescue

A Wish for Animals is an all volunteer run organization trying to help as many homeless animals as possible. We work tirelessly to help these animals become adoptable and work hard to find the them the right match so that you can enjoy your pet for the rest of its' life.

During Covid we have been inundated with applications, so please be patient with us as we all work full time as well and are doing our best to care for our animals and find the right homes for them.
