My story

This absolute stud muffin is Drako! He is a 1 1/2 year old Shepherd mix. He came to us in July 2022 so has been with us WAY too long :( He is a very active boy and is getting frustrated in the shelter environment 😞. He needs more physical and mental stimulation.
Drako is a stunning pup who is so so smart!😊 He knows sit, stay and lay down, he is very treat motivated and will learn quickly in a positive environment💕 He love affection and to be right next to you. He is very playful. Loves tennis balls and squeaky toys 🎾🧸 He is a lover and goof 🤪Loves to walk and is great on a leash🦮
Because of his increased frustration and over stimulation here in the shelter, he has been dog reactive. This has led to him being a bit mouthy. These behaviors will likely improve when he is out of the shelter setting. We have made adjustments in the shelter; including giving him the biggest kennel, away from the other dogs as well as providing him with enrichment to help stimulate his working breed brain! Things have been going very well! He deserves a second chance at a great life with a loving family in a forever home!!
