Hello all! My name is Keegan. Since you’re reading this, you’re obviously looking for a new best friend. Me too! I don’t care how old you are or what you look like, but in case those things matter to you, I’m almost five months old (my birthdate is November 6, 2022), weigh 8.6 pounds, and, as you can see from my photos, am a Chiweenie (Chihuahua/Dachshund mix). I have visited my veterinarian a few times and I am up to date on all my vaccinations, microchipped and neutered (yikes!). I have not been tested for heartworms, because I am a little too young. My vet says I need to be between six to ten months before that happens. In the meantime, my foster mom has me on heartworm and flea & tick meds to keep me safe.
I am looking for a forever home where I can showcase my loyalty, smarts, goofiness, loving companionship, and stunning good looks. My ideal home would include another furry sibling who loves to run and play as much as I do and a nice fenced-in yard, so we can get in our daily zoomies! I also like to go on walks around the block to see all my friends and get yummy treats from my favorite neighbor! Once I have released some energy, I love to snuggle, give you lots of kisses, and take a nice, long nap. I enjoy belly rubs too!
I’d love to find my forever family, who will spoil me with love and care, and in return, I promise to shower you with kisses, snuggles, and lots of love! My foster mom says that the lucky one who gets to adopt me will have hit the jackpot!
