"Yo, I'll tell you what I want, what I really really want!" - a forever home! Introducing Ginger Spice - one of five gorgeous Siberian Husky pups born 1/20/2023. Ginger is 12 weeks old and currently weighs about 18 pounds.
Ginger's foster mama says she's a very sweet and loving puppy! She's friendly and overall quiet - except when she's playing or if she wants out of her crate at night (usually to potty). Ginger is an amazing dog and will do best with someone that can give her the proper combo of physical and mental stimulation, as well as quiet relaxation time.
She's your typical puppy - still learning how to walk on a leash in the yard, working on potty training, and chewing on or eating things she finds. If you aren't careful, you may have a sock go missing. Ginger is making great progress with her house training because her foster family is diligent about taking her outside frequently. She will pee outside when they say "go potty," but she may need a couple of laps to complete her business.
Ginger's foster home includes kids from 3-12 and she does very well with them now that she's used to them. She does startle easily and likes to have a safe place to retreat to when she's nervous, but she recovers quickly. Ginger got along well with the other Spice Girls, but she's not around dogs or cats in her foster home.
If you'd like to adopt Ginger Spice, apply today! Her minimum adoption fee is $400 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents.
She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
